We prescribe FDA-approved hormone therapy options tailored to your needs. These prescriptions can be conveniently sent to your local pharmacy for easy access and coverage depending on your insurance plan.
However, please note that we do not prescribe estrogen or testosterone pellets. Instead, we focus on other safe and effective hormone therapies that align with your individual health goals and preferences.

We partner with Quest Diagnostics, where you can conveniently take your lab order and use your insurance to cover the costs.
This allows you to access the necessary lab testing while minimizing out-of-pocket expenses, as most insurance plans will cover lab work through these providers.
Once your results are ready, we will review them together during your virtual consultation to ensure you receive the most accurate and personalized care.
While Osteopathic Midlife Health is committed to offering expert guidance and support through virtual consultations, it’s important to know what we do not provide:
Primary care services (PCP): You will still need to maintain a relationship with your PCP for routine care, health screenings, and overall management of your medical history.
Gynecologist services: While we specialize in menopause and midlife women's health, we do not offer gynecological services like pelvic exams, Pap smears, or other in-office procedures.
Physical exams: Our practice is fully virtual, which means we are unable to perform physical exams or provide hands-on care. We focus on offering expert advice, hormone management, and personalized guidance related to perimenopause and menopause.
For those needs, we recommend staying in regular contact with your PCP and gynecologist for physical assessments and preventive care.
At this time we can not accept patients with Medicare or Medicaid.
We believe in providing the highest quality care that focuses on your individual needs, Insurance plans often impose significant limitations on the time we can spend with patients and the type of care we can offer.
These restrictions can prevent us from delivering the in-depth, personalized care you deserve.
By not accepting insurance, we are able to spend more time understanding your unique health challenges and offering comprehensive, tailored solutions without being bound by insurance protocols.
This approach ensures that we can focus on what truly benefits you, not what’s dictated by insurance guidelines.
To support you in seeking reimbursement, we offer a superbill—a detailed receipt of your visit—that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.
We encourage you to check with your insurer to understand your coverage options for out-of-network care.
We are a cash pay, fee-for-service payment is due at the time of booking.
We see patients virtually in CA, FL, IL, KY, MN, NJ, NY, OH, PA, VT.
If you are located outside of these states:
We offer educational consultations for individuals located outside the states we serve.
These 1-hour consultations are ideal for those who want to learn more about their overall health or a specific health condition.
We will work together to review your health concerns and develop a comprehensive treatment care plan.
This plan can then be taken to a provider in your state to implement and manage, ensuring you receive the best possible care tailored to your needs.
*Please note that these visits do not involve the prescribing of medications.
